WORKER BEES FOR STAR DAYS

Rick, please ask your members to email worker-bee@startouring.org and volunteer to work a shift at Star Days this year. I try to coordinate to everyones wishes on day and event they work. It takes a lot of volunteers to put this event on and we are still in need of help. Thanks in advance.

We are needing help in the Star Mall, Information Booth, Welcome Table, auction room/auction and ticket takers for the Banquet and the Thursday night BBQ.  The schedule for working on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday is basically, 9:00 to 12:30 and 12:30 to 4 and on Wednesday from 11:30 to 2.  On Thursday in the Information Booth, we will need help at 7:30am to 11:30 am to handle everyone leaving on the SwampAzz ride and then from 11:30 to 4:00 to check those riders back in.

If you are willing to help, this is how you need to volunteer. It apparently is not practical for them to let us know where and when specifically they need help.
